Sex and the City...worth the wait!
Is it presumptious of me to claim this a box office winner based on my solo opinion? Yeah but I don't care. You will not be disappointed because it's really true to the series. Despite this being a bona fide chic flic and a teensy bit predictable, it delivers and any Sex and the City fan worth her salt will be sa-tis-FIED. I cried throughout the whole movie (disclaimer: I am very hormonal)...put your Minolos (sp?) on and walk, don't run, to your nearest theatre.

Say What You Want About Denny's...
...but this is my new favorite franchise to make potty pit-stops. They are always in the middle of nowhere but conveniently so because that's where I am usually when nature calls. I don't know about their food but it's always right off the highway, there's ample parking and when I bust in past the hungry, waiting masses straight to the restroom, no one bats an eye. The hostess doesn't stop me or even notice me for that matter. It's hassle-free and wonderful. All that and clean, modern facilities to boot. We're talking automatic soap dispensers and plentiful toilet-seat covers. Hands down better than the truck stop accommodations you get at the gas station or the gamble you take at the nearest McDonald's. Welcome back, Denny's. Welcome back.

Blog Virgin
This is my first blog and it truly will be elementary. Work wit' me, people! First, I want to thank Rachel for inviting me into the blogger world. I know this sounds like an acceptance speech but whatever. So where was I?...oh yeah...thanks Rache for bringing me into your worldly existence wit' all your fabulosity - snapshots of Kanye AND Obama - two for-real-for-real rockstars. Obama literally can't get through a stump speech without someone yelling "We love you, Barack!" I don't know if the White House is ready for all dat but we'll see. I was also honored to have a candid from my wedding included - even though I'm not in it...? But ok, I'll take what I can get.
It really was an awesome day and I'm not just saying that because it was all about me. I have to echo the sentiments of having rockstar friends myself. Proud to say I grew up wit' y'all bucketheads. In that picture alone they're repping VA/Jersey (which one, Doo?), Boston, DC, and New York. So grateful for my girls.
