no blogging in a whole year

i've been meaning to get back to this..."blogging".  kinda weird that i thought about it today because it's been exactly one year since my last post.  and what a year it has been.  my life is totally different.  but i'm happy.  actually was talking to a good friend recently about happiness and dating.  she's seeing this guy and there's lots of sparks but she's waiting for tragic flaw to reveal itself.  well, every dude is imperfect - that's for sure.  even you spot a good one, trust that they didn't come out of a box that way.  so i assured her that even when some blemish does appear, it won't necessarily be a deal-breaker.  and he may be as good as he seems.  chances are some other chic put a lot of work into him already.  at our age, that's likely the case.  she thought about it and recalled plenty of ex's that she'd put tons of rehabbing into only for some other woman to reap all the benefits.  love recycled.
