funny thing happened to me today. i got this magazine in the mail that id never heard of. it was addressed to someone who i guess used to live at this address. miller-mccune - never heard of it. but then i noticed the cover story, racism's hidden toll, and decided i would check it out before i chuck it. i get to reading about geronimus, who i never heard of, and how she's at michigan. no kidding. i wonder what school. public health? get out. HBHE? shut up. so as i'm reading the article i'm already planning to email my HBHE fam to see what the skinny is on her work when i come across YOUR NAME in the article. wow lady. i just thought it was the weirdest, coolest thing how i happened to come across this journal by mistake and then someone i know is actually quoted. it was a long one but i read the whole thing. dying to know what you think of her, her theories and the article if you've seen it.
